Established in 2000 by IFBB Pro Roc Shabazz, ROC Fitness is a family owned and operated business. Known for our intense training styles and detail-oriented programs, we use our extensive knowledge to create personalized programs that fit you.
As the leader of our enterprise, Roc takes his responsibilities to his staff and his clients very seriously. He has an extensive background in fitness and hopes to share his knowledge with the everyday individual -- from local walk-ins, to collegiate hopefuls, and everyone in between -- as he has with countless high-profile celebrities, athletes, and competitors.
